Position Summary
Elevate Care Providers LLC is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional individual to assist with nursing recruitment, employee documentation, scheduling, Medicaid compliance support, client outreach, and general administrative duties.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with nurses, applicants, clients, families, case managers, and healthcare professionals. This person must be able to manage confidential information, follow up consistently, and help ensure that company records remain complete and organized.
Primary Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with nursing applicants.
- Conduct initial applicant screenings and schedule interviews.
- Verify that employee applications, licenses, background checks, health records, and other required documents are complete.
- Maintain organized employee and client files.
- Help monitor Medicaid, MO HealthNet, EVV, and company documentation requirements.
- Track expiring licenses, CPR certifications, background screenings, physician orders, plans of care, and other required records.
- Assist with nurse scheduling and monitor open or uncovered shifts.
- Contact available nurses to help fill staffing needs.
- Communicate schedule changes to nurses, clients, and families.
- Help identify potential clients and referral sources.
- Follow up with case managers, service coordinators, hospitals, clinics, schools, and families regarding possible referrals.
- Maintain referral and applicant tracking spreadsheets.
- Assist with timesheets, visit verification, payroll preparation, and billing documentation.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, scan documents, organize files, and complete other general office duties.
- Notify management promptly about missing documents, compliance concerns, scheduling problems, or client complaints.
- Protect all client and employee information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, healthcare, home care, staffing, recruiting, or medical office experience is preferred.
- Strong telephone communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable using email, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace, scheduling systems, and electronic records.
- Able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with Medicaid, MO HealthNet, EVV, private duty nursing, home care, or healthcare compliance is strongly preferred.
- Must be dependable, professional, and able to complete assignments on time.
Important Role Limitation
This employee will help track compliance requirements and identify missing documentation. Final Medicaid compliance decisions, clinical decisions, and legal interpretations will remain the responsibility of Elevate Care Providers’ management and qualified clinical personnel.
Employment Type
Part-time, approximately 12–15 hours per week initially. Additional hours and responsibilities may become available as Elevate Care Providers continues to grow.
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
